Unlike most traditional outpatient physical therapy clinics, Gooseberry physical therapists make house calls to patients' homes in Chicago and Southwestern Suburbs to ensure quality one on one treatment and minimize Covid-19 exposure. We specialize in orthopedics, geriatrics, vestibular therapy and use one-on-one individualized manual therapy-based treatment model. We provide concierge level of care but accept Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. For all other insurance plans, appointments are available on a cash basis. We have also been providing telehealth physical therapy in Illinois since 2017.

We treat a variety of orthopedic conditions including:

pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation (knee replacement, hip replacement, rotator cuff surgeries, etc.)

mid back pain
knee pain
ankle pain
strains and sprains
